A team lead by Frank Zilm & Associates, Inc. has be contracted by the University of Wisconsin to develop program and planning concepts for Emergency Services.  Participating with FZA,Inc. are Jim Lennon, AIA with Lennon Associates and Dr. Don Morath with Partners Healthcare, Inc.

The team has completed a comprehensive review and observation of existing operations.  Space program based on projected workload have been completed and special studies regarding the feasibility of implementing a clinical decision unit and fast track unit have been undertaken.

Based on the space program goals alternative options have been developed and are currently in the process of evaluating the options.
