Newton Medical Center

Newton Medical Center (located in Newton, Kansas) is an example of work with community hospitals with less than 100 beds. Working with Ellerbe-Becket, we have assisted in the evaluation of reuse and replacement strategies for the hospital. This effort has led to the development of a functional program for a 113,000 gsf complete replacement of the existing complex at a new site, incorporating new concepts in patient care and growth in ambulatory services.

On other projects, such as El Dorado and Atchison Kansas, we have developed phased replacement and expansion plans. Our goal is to provide an objective evaluation of the space needs and the available building options.
