Frank Zilm & Associates, Inc. has completed numerous studies at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio involving the development of master plan concepts for all of the acute care facilities in the Summa system and individual departmental studies at the Akron City Hospital for the development of facilities for emergency, critical care, endoscopy, ambulatory care and other services at the two campus system.  Utilization of the Space Planner Toolkit, 3-D computer animation, and other tools has resulted in major policy decision regarding site access, street closures, new construction and renovation of existing facilities.
