Munson Medical Center, located in Traverse City, Michigan, is the primary emergency service provider in the region.  With the heavy summer vacation influx, the ER experiences significant seasonal swings in activity.  Frank Zilm & Associates, Inc, worked with the design architects, Bohm/NBBJ, to develop an innovative solution for the new emergency service, incorporating a perimeter corridor patient access organization model.  Services provided during this project included simulation modeling, space programming, and participation in the development of the proposed design solution.
