Located in the Tampa Bay community of Safe Harbor, this community hospital is experienced emergency service growth and expansion issues similar to many hospitals throughout the country.  FZA worked with Flad and Associates,Inv. to develop a functional program and organizational concepts as part of a major expansion to the campus.
