The development of a new Heart Hospital at Morton Plant Meese Hospital in Clearwater, Florida provided the opportunity to update and consolidate imaging and selected diagnostic services in the existing Witt and Barnard buildings.  FZA, in conjunction with the Stein-Cox Group, provided planning and programming services for this important redevelopment of the campus.
